Challenge: This infographic was made to accompany the Workplace Communication Skills Rise eLearning course. Learners required a visual support for active listening strategies.

Solution: The course and infographic were designed to educate employees on effective communication strategies.

Results: The simple colors and illustrations clearly present information to the learners. The graphics provide strong visual support to the content.
